Dragon Plays with a Pearl

This is a beautifully simple sequence that repeats from side to side, giving you a lovely twist in the waist and opening and closing the ribcage. It's also extremely good for your balance. Take care to keep your pelvis as low as possible especially when you are twisting round to look behind you, so that you don't lift the hips as you rotate forwards. I hope you can follow the instructions on the video!
