The first two patterns of the Laojia form, Step to Wuji (5 postures) and Buddha's Warrior Pounds Mortar (12 postures). First viewed from the front as a demonstration, then from the front but in mirror image, posture by posture, so you can follow along. Then filmed from the back and side views. Follow for as long as you need but every now and again, try it by yourself - that's the way to remember it. Patterns 3-5 to follow.
